Built for the 2023 season, the F/V Anza is a 32’ x 15’ shallow draft jet boat built to fish as a gillnetter out of Bristol Bay, Alaska. The boat was originally designed by Dick Smitha of Norcraft Marine, a long time commercial fisherman and boat builder. As he got closer to retirement, he gave us permission to use his much sought after design to keep producing his boats, while letting us add our own touches. This boat has some serious character, the owner had a few different ideas and told us he wanted something a little less traditional and he just let us run with it. She fished an extremely successful first season with no mechanical issues, and the owner is beyond pleased with how she turned out.
